She claimed, “At first, people didn’t notice, but I’ve been showing my routines—just not loudly.” Even though it’s evident now, her body transformation took time to complete. The way society has become accustomed to quick fixes and instant results is challenged by that slow change, which feels incredibly effective.

    By January 2025, Lizzo had achieved her own objective.
